Express Shipping to the United States

Free Express Shipping to the United States on full price orders over USD 350.

Flat Rate Express Shipping on other orders: USD 20.
Usually arrives in 2-4 working days.
Delivered by DHL or UPS with online tracking.

Any import duties on orders shipped to the United States will be covered by TOAST. You will not have to pay import duties for any order placed online to the United States.

Items may require separate parcels, so may not all arrive at the same time.

For many addresses within the United States, we have to charge State Tax at the time of checkout. If this is applicable to your order then we will notify you during the checkout process.

Deliveries may require a signature on delivery. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days. In some cases, local customs can introduce delays that are out of our control. You will be able to track your order with DHL or UPS.

During sale periods we receive a high volume of orders which may impact our usual delivery timings. We apologise if any inconvenience is caused.

TOAST cannot accept liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

Collection from a TOAST Shop

Collection can be selected during the online checkout process if one or more shops have all of the items in your order. Orders are usually available for collection within 24 hours.

An email will be sent to notify you once your order is ready for collection. Please do not travel to a shop until you have received this email.

After 24 hours, if you have not received a collection email, please contact our customer service team who will be able to advise you on the status of your order.

When collecting, please have a copy of the email ready to show on your phone. If someone that you know is collecting on your behalf, please ensure they have a copy of the email on their phone. We are unable to release items to couriers.

Orders will be held for 7 days at the selected shop, after which the order will be cancelled and a refund processed.

When will my order arrive at the shop?
Orders are usually available for collection within 24 hours.

You should wait until you have received this notification before visiting the selected shop.

How much does it cost to collect my order from a TOAST shop?
This service is provided free of charge.

Can I try on, return or exchange items in a shop?
When you receive your order, you are very welcome to try on any garments. If you would like to return anything, this can be done at the time or at a later date. Exchanges for a different size can be done at the shop, subject to the shop having the alternative size.

Can I return items collected in store using your online returns service?
At this time, all returns for collected items must be made to a TOAST shop. This can be any shop within the United States.

Can I ask someone else to collect my order for me?
Your order can be collected by someone else. They will need a copy of the order confirmation or collection notification email which can be forwarded to their phone.

How long do I have to collect my order?
Your order will be kept at the selected shop for 7 days, after which it will be cancelled and a refund processed.
