For our most recent Styling Conversations, we share key pieces from our Early Autumn collection, Everyday Theatre. There is an improvisational spirit captured in vibrant abstract patterns and graphic stripes, with rich sienna orange and painter’s blue shades on a base of canvas and bridle brown.
Presenting her favourite pieces, Nikki Sher, our Head of Product, discusses how she would wear each look. Demonstrating a considered approach to colour and texture and using a range of garments from the collection, the outfits presented are versatile, with varied proportions and silhouettes.
Nikki shares a range of pieces – from painterly printed dresses and hand-beaded tops to knitted tanks with vibrant stripes – providing guidance and tips, giving you the confidence to try unique, comfortable and creative combinations for everyday wear.

Nikki wears our Tie Front Poplin Tank Top and Stripe Organic Crinkle Poplin Drawstring Skirt. The top is crafted from Italian cotton poplin to an easy shape with side hem slits, then garment-dyed for a rich depth of colour, while the skirt has a panelled construction and elasticated drawstring waist.
Key pieces include our Hand Beaded Cotton Wrap Jacket – accented by triangular motifs which are carefully hand-beaded by artisans in India – and our Abstract Paint Organic Cotton Poplin Dress, with an artistic pattern inspired by painted scenery in inky blues, pollen yellow and soft peach. Nikki also shares our vibrant knitted tanks, which are crafted from a cotton and merino blend with vibrant accents running through the striped pattern. For accessories, there are vibrant bandanas screen-printed in India with loose checked patterns, inspired by hand-painted signs and sets at the carnival, alongside leather shoes from Fracap and Solovair.
Nikki is 5’5 and wearing size 8, Sarah is 5’9 and wearing size M and L, Georgina is 5’6 and wearing size S, and Lisa is 5’4 and wearing size S.
