Napkin rings and placemats crafted exclusively for TOAST by women artisans in Colombia supported by Guanabana, a company which focuses on preserving traditional techniques. Each design is handwoven from sustainably sourced iraca straw fibres, also known as toquilla.
Set of two checked placemats handwoven by craftswomen in Colombia from iraca straw. The fibres come from the leaves of the toquilla palm, which are dyed before they are woven. Each has natural colour variations.
